I have always worked to make my dreams come true. Touriscope is one! As the organization's leader, I identify strategic opportunities to help my clients and partners achieve their goals.

Inspire, shake up ways of thinking to go further, discover the full potential of each person... I like to engage my clients in change (a little or a lot depending on their desires), encourage them to see themselves differently, to get out of preconceived ideas in order to find innovative solutions.

I listen to the issues, I question the objectives, the reason for being... All these exchanges are for me as many opportunities for improvement and learning. Since my training in tourism and until today, I am very happy to develop new skills to adapt to changes in the tourism industry: at the moment, I am passionate about customer-centered methods and process optimization. I hope to be as inspiring for my employees and customers as they are for me!

In my daily life, I have the great chance to interact with a wide variety of actors: government authorities, municipalities, tourism and sector associations, operators in the field... These different actors allow me to acquire a transversal vision of my profession and the tourism sector, to understand the various realities, to understand the various realities, to create links and to find concrete, realistic and effective solutions for each situation.
